District 7 Make It Better
Theo Gillespie for Congress means better advocacy affordable housing, domestic violence housing transition, and SAFE Spaces for Independent Creatives!

WHy I’m Running.
Maryland has been represented by politicians who defend politics as usual and protect the status quo, while the people of Baltimore pay the price. We’ve had leaders who have pushed opportunity and the American Dream further and further out of reach for working-class families.
I’m running for Congress in District 7 because I believe our community deserves a bold, inclusive leader who will be an independent voice for everyone—not just the well-connected.
When I get to Congress, I will fight for:
Safe Spaces for Independent Creatives: Protecting our culture by securing venues so our local, independent musicians and creatives have a safe place to thrive.
Housing Affordability: Expanding economic opportunities and making sure working families actually have access to safe, affordable housing.
Domestic Violence Transitional Housing: Creating dedicated, safe spaces to protect and empower survivors of domestic violence when they need it most.
Building a Stronger Community
For too long, politicians have protected the status quo while working families pay the price. Explore our platform to see how we plan to lower costs, protect our neighbors, and build a Maryland that works for everyone.
